Admins are very accommodating. Specially Ms. Jennifer, she keep on asking every now and then if may concern ka ba sa unit or wala. Supee comfy ng place and very nice ang mga staff.

I had a great experience staying at Citispace Dorms Taguig. The location is very convenient—close to convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants, and just a short commute to SM Aura and Market! Market! I would also like to commend Ma’am Jennifer for her excellent assistance from reservation up to move-in. She was very accommodating, responsive, and addressed all my concerns and inquiries promptly. Kudos as well to the Admin and Housekeeping team for maintaining the unit well and for sending timely email reminders regarding payments and other important matters. The condo’s location in Brgy. Ususan, Taguig, near SM Aura and McKinley Hill, makes everything easily accessible and convenient, especially for commuters. ‎I also appreciate the daily cleaning service and the responsive, approachable management. Overall, it is a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to call home.

Moving into Pioneer Heights 1 has been a roller-coaster experience for me, but thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff, especially Ms. Lucel and the security guards, and the responsiveness of the Admin team, particularly Ms. Rhiz, all the issues I encountered were gradually resolved. The location of the building is also very convenient, with grocery stores, fast food restaurants, and other establishments just within walking distance. Now, I am able to enjoy my stay here peacefully, and I truly appreciate the support and service provided by the team.
